Nooptoger – also known as GVS-111 – is a peptide derived nootropic which was first synthesized in Russia in 1996. Nooptoger is derived from the racetam family of drugs.
Nooptoger is a cognitive enhancement supplement. Its mechanism of action includes increasing acetylcholine signaling, increasing BDNF and NGF expression, protecting against glutamate toxicity, and increasing inhibitory neurotransmission in the brain.
Nooptoger has a short half-life and is absent from the brain one hour after administration.
