Dosage form and active ingredients:

Each film coted circle tablet contains 600 mg of Linezolid.

Indications and Usage:

Bactoger® is an antibiotic of the oxazolidinones group that is used to treat pneumonia and some infections in the skin or under the skin. Your doctor will have decided if Bactoger® is suitable to treat your infection.

Drug Dosage :

• Treatment with Bactoger® should only be initiated by physicians.
• The usual dose is one tablet (600mg Bactoger®) twice daily but due to age, severity of illness, body mass index and physician diagnosis can be changed.
• Swallow the tablet whole with some water.
• A course of treatment usually lasts 10 to 14 days but can last up to 28 days by physician prescription.

Possible side effects:

• Skin reactions such as red sore skin and flaking
• Problems with your vision such as blurred vision, changes in color vision
• Severe diarrhea containing blood and/or mucus
• Recurrent nausea or vomiting, abdominal pain

If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor.

Contraindications:

• Severe allergy to antibiotics.
• Bactoger® tablets are not usually used to treat children unless by physician decision.
• In kidney dialysis, you should take Bactoger® tablets after dialysis treatment.

Storage condition:

• This medicine does not require any special storage conditions.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Don’t use expired Bactoger®.
• HDPE bottle pack should be used within 90 days after first opening.
